What is CharacterBox?

Do you sell official merchandise?

No, all our designs are original and inspired by the magic of movies, rides, and theme parks. They are not official merchandise but are lovingly created for fans like you.


Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available through Shopify.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 4 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at sayhello@characterbox.us with your order details.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Use this to follow your order’s journey to your door!

We ship worldwide! Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat-rate shipping: 

US Shipping

  • Orders between $50 and $100: $7.99
  • Orders over $100: Free shipping!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days. Delivery times vary by location but are generally:

  • US: 3-7 business days
  • International: 7-21 business days

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your CharacterBox purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Do you cover return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
